The weather this weekend in Nashville was absolutely glorious! Perhaps it’s the contrast to the cold and grey days we’ve had all year, but the sun and 65 degree weather could not have been more appreciated. We opened the doors to the porch and let the sweet smell fill the house erasing the stale odors of recycled air. And then to feel the sun and the warmth – wow – just wow.
Spring really is going to come this year with all the delights of warm evenings and friends gathered to talk and laugh. If you have a porch, I hope you will spend lots of hours there. If you don’t, I hope you’ll call us. There is just nothing better than life on the porch.

In the mean time, while we are still waiting for warm weather to get first porch of  2010 painted, Brad & Chuck have started another screened porch that will be ready for Spring.
