- The construction documents that we produce help clients visualize how the new structure will look on their house. Our goal is to make them an informed client so that there are no surprises once we begin construction.
- We handle every aspect of the project from start to finish by creating construction documents, obtaining building permits and managing any subcontractors. This allows us to produce a quality product for our clients; many of whom have said, “It’s the best construction experience we have ever had.”
- Our set contract price to complete the project includes payment amounts and when the payments are due. With this knowledge on the front end, there are no surprises in the final bill. Our turnkey agreement includes everything for a project except the owner’s selection of decorative light fixtures. The price stays the same unless any changes are made by the client.
- We know what customer service is and how to deliver it. We do not leave the project until it is complete to our client’s satisfaction.
